Flying Threads maintains a strict no-return policy. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in cases of production errors on our part.

  • Non-Returnable Items: All products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except as noted below.
    • Production Errors: If a mistake was made by Flying Threads during production (e.g., incorrect customization), we will correct the issue at no additional cost or offer in-store credit, at our discretion. The determination of whether a production error has occurred is made at the sole discretion of Flying Threads.
    • Production Variations: Slight variations in color, placement, size, stitching, or material are normal in custom production and do not qualify as production errors.
    • In-Store Order Inspection: Customers are responsible for inspecting their order at the time of pickup. Any production errors must be reported at the time of pickup. Once an order has been accepted and leaves the premises, Flying Threads is not responsible for any production error claims.
    • Limitation of Liability: If a verified production error occurs, Flying Threads’ total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. Flying Threads is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • No Other Exceptions: This policy applies regardless of the product’s condition, reason for return, or time elapsed since purchase, unless related to a verified production error.
  • Warranty Information: Products are sold as-is, with no implied or expressed warranties unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

What is your pricing?

At Flying Threads, our pricing is variable and depends on factors such as product type, customization options, materials used, and order volume. Custom Embroidery
  • A one-time digitization fee may apply for logos and vectorized artwork. Once the design is on file, subsequent orders using the same logo incur no additional digitization fee.
  • Monograms and stock fonts typically do not incur a setup fee.

Screen Printing
  • Pricing varies depending on design complexity and order size.
  • A minimum order of 24 pieces is required.

How long do orders usually take (production policy)?

At Flying Threads, production time varies based on factors such as product type, customization options, materials used, and order volume. Below is a rough estimate to provide general guidance, but final production times will be confirmed at the time of purchase. For precise estimates, please request a quote online, visit our store, or contact us.

Apparel or Product ~ Order Processing

Production times listed below apply to items that are already in stock or provided by the customer. If apparel or other products need to be ordered, additional time may be required for shipping and receiving. In most cases, ordering apparel or products will add approximately 3 to 6 additional business days before production begins.

Custom Embroidery ~ Production
  • Normal production time: 3 to 6 business days
  • May be longer during peak periods.
  • Rush orders may be available at additional cost
Screen Printing ~ Production
  • Normal production time: 2 to 3 weeks
  • May be longer during peak periods.
  • Rush orders may be available at an additional cost.
Vinyl / Heat Transfer ~ Production
  • Normal production time: 3 to 6 business days.
  • Team logos and customized uniforms may take longer.
  • May be longer during peak periods.
  • Rush orders may be available at additional cost
Hot Stamp / Emboss ~ Production

Can I bring an item not bought in the store to be monogrammed or embroidered?

At Flying Threads, we are happy to assist with monogramming or embroidering items not purchased in our store.

What is your online return policy?

    • Production Variations: Slight variations in color, placement, size, stitching, or material are normal in custom production and do not qualify as production errors.
  • Customer-Provided Information: Flying Threads is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer, including but not limited to spelling, design selection, sizing, uploaded artwork, or customization details.
  • No Other Exceptions: This policy applies to all online purchases, regardless of the product’s condition, reason for return, or time elapsed since purchase, unless due to a verified production error.
  • Warranty Information: Products are sold as-is, with no implied or expressed warranties unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase
  • Process for Production Errors: To report a production error, contact our team within 5 business days of the shipment being marked as delivered by the carrier. Please provide order details and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide instructions for resolution if applicable. Claims submitted after this 5-day period will not be accepted.
  • Limitation of Liability: If a verified production error occurs, Flying Threads may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue store credit for the affected item. In all cases, Flying Threads’ total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. Flying Threads is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

What is your shipping policy?

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once an item leaves our store and is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Flying Threads is no longer responsible for the item. We do not control delivery processes or timelines after shipment.
  • Lost or Missing Packages: If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier you selected.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Please use this to monitor your order’s progress or contact the carrier for assistance.
